I don’t have even a single negative point to be said on DREAMZUnlimited. Their team is THE Best I have seen. The best feature which I would say is reminding the customers about their premium before one month. There is no chance of we miss the schedule. They don’t give just service; I would say it’s an experience dealing with them. I being in Abu Dhabi, I just transfer them the amount online and they pay for me immediately acknowledge me with the scanned copy of LIC Receipt or the digital copy. This organization is “Rocket Singh’s” organization!! Sure to grow in a big level. They are tech savvy company making use of online tools to simplify premium payment and sending receipts.
Unique feature: Prompt remainders for premium payments, quick response to queries, very much suitable for people who are busy and finding it difficult to keep track of things at the personal front.
Difference I found compared to others: Professionally run, organized enough to provide data needed in a short duration, which I don’t find in any of their competitors.

Overall experience is pleasant. Best among the LIC guys I've met especially in terms of coming on time for appointments. I need not keep track of payment dates and other stuff. Good and correct info about policies. Technical easiness of the services rendered - Mainly, everything is electronic - Right from the policy explanation through all bill payments. Suits me well!

It is only after purchasing 3 policies that got introduced to Lakshminarayanan and DREAMZUnlimited. I generally don't follow up on payment schedules and used to miss payments. I incidentally took a policy thru DREAMZUnlimited and since then, things have changed a lot. DREAMZUnlimited have been following up on every policy I have, not just the once I bought from them to make sure I pay it in time. They have set a very high standard of service.

I had a lot of interaction with Mr.Lakshminarayanan, The way he explained me the Policies which are suitable to my needs & conditions & taking care of the Documents to be submitted in a proper structured way was excellent. The best unique feature was presenting the overall policy in CD format along with clear illustration was good.
Hardly have we come across persons who care for human values & sentiments. I would say Mr.Lakshmi Narayanan is doing a great work.
